For PE funds and buy-and-build investors who need an embedded operator to take ownership of what matters most in their portfolio — whether that is an execution gap the management team cannot close, an expansion mandate they cannot run alongside the core business, or a platform build that needs someone to take it from investment thesis to operating reality. The work is hands-on and accountable. Not advisory.
For hands-on VC funds that actively support their portfolio companies and periodically need senior operational capacity they cannot provide internally — for scaling between rounds, rebuilding investor-readiness ahead of a raise, bridging the alignment gap between fund expectations and founder reality, or in some cases building a new venture from scratch. The work sits at the intersection of the investor relationship and the company's operational needs.
For fast-growing UK and Nordic companies that have made the decision to build a presence in a new market and need someone to own the execution. From market assessment and entry structure through to entity establishment, local team build, distribution and partner development, and board-level governance of the new operation. The work ends when the local business can run without Ronin.

Supported the principal investor and founder in building the company's financial model and investment plans, identifying M&A opportunities, and successfully raising capital from institutional investors and banks, in addition to facilitating access to large-scale private equity capital to support M&A activities of mid-size European data centers.
Served as strategic and operational partner for Nordic companies investing and establishing physical operations across Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Engagements ran the full arc from initial market assessment and investment planning through to entity establishment, local team build, and commercial scaling — with board-level governance responsibility and direct accountability to the parent company for commercial outcomes.
